This form goes to the VA to determine what your entitlement is. Entitlement is also a determining factor to see how much house you can purchase at 100% financing according to the VA guidelines.

Notice Of Eligibility (N.O.E.)
This form goes to the Texas Vet Land Board to get your status as a "bona fide" Texas Vet." Status is given to you if you are PCS'ing here, have reported to duty and are here in Texas for 1 day! If you have been discharge and have lived in Texas for one year, that also qualifies you as a Texas Vet. DD-214 forms accompany this form whihc I will send for you to the Land Board in Austin, TX.
