Remember...60% of Americans cannot qualify for a home loan due to dings on their credit. And as we know, bad things can happen to good people, You're probably one of them.
Our current credit markets dictate that FICO scores for FHA, VA & Conventional must have a 620 mid-score just to qualify. That also means that if we are trying to qualify a couple we use the lower of the two FICO scores from that couple.
If you do NOT have a 620 FICO score and you are looking to buy a home, I've narrowed your decision to two choices. Either you fix it and let me help you (the problem of bad credit isn't going away, is it?) OR you can stay on your present course and do nothing about it. It's your choice.
